We have been instructed on behalf of Gerry Rea & Partners for Expressions of Interest:
“Sale by Tender” – Alpine Drinks NZ Limited (in liquidation) as a going concern.
The Liquidator is seeking urgent expressions of interest to purchase the business.
Key features of the sale include:
• Alpine Drinks NZ Limited, incorporating the brands “Alpine Drinks” and “NZ Pristine” (not registered trademarks).
• All plant and machinery, existing stock and packaging material as per the photos (subject to clarification regarding securities).
• Please note the site is under the control of the mortgagee. If the building is not purchased by the successful bidder, or a suitable arrangement made, then the assets must be removed at the buyer’s cost.
• Sale includes website and social media accounts plus all supplier/customer information.
• The liquidators and their agents do not accept any responsibility for inaccuracies in the advertisement.

Expressions of interest are to be submitted to Northland Auctions Limited by 3pm on Friday, 9 August 2024. Relevant further information will be provided once a Confidentiality Agreement is signed.
